The Glory of Modesty cling background stamp from Penny Black lends itself so beautifully in a card. All I had to do was ink it with Blueprint Sketch and Mermaid Lagoon distress inks, spritz it with water and stamp it on a piece of watercolor paper.. and the background was done. So easy!
I water washed with a layer of the Blueprint Sketch on the same watercolor cardstock and stamped it with the smaller sentiment. The main sentiment is die cut from a set from Stampin'Up and coated with a thick layer of Glossy Accent.
I cut up the background into 12 squares using my paper trimmer, mounted everything on to the card base and added some clear sequins. I love the colorful background and the effect the square pieces create!
